The hotel has a great location that we found particularly good and magnificent. the building is nice and in a classic style, which we appreciate. the train station being a short walk away makes it easy to explore Okayama, and we definitely plan on coming back.

The breakfast is excellent with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, the location is ideal, check-in is easy, late check-out is available, and the staff is attentive.

The staff were gentle, they made me feel welcome. The accommodation had a very central location to the shopping street. Moreover, it was not far from department stores, shops and restaurants are situated, and restaurants open late at night.

The hotels staff can not speak any English, and have also hard problems to understand you. The staff at the reservation desk has not very friendly sometimes and you have to pay the room in advance.

The hotel is nicely appointed and fairly clean, the staff are attentive, location is ideal very close to the train station which made it very convenient for us. The food is outstanding and fantastic. Good service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. And the pool is great.

I found the air conditioning in the room way too cold. The control was not working.

I left my mobile charger, but the hotel held it and called me if I left it. Very nice to hear. As it is close to Okayama station, I will recomend this hotel for Business and also Leisure!

The breakfast here was super tasty and parking was convenient since it was right on the premises. 🍳 the room was totally new and top-notch, plus the staff were extremely helpful.

This is the only hotel in Japan where people at the front desk were not smiling and not really sympathic. And their English level was really poor. I asked for a calm room and I was given a room on the motorway side. The window didn't close perfectly and it was really noisy.
